Production area: Bolgheri (LI).
Grape varietals: 100% Vermentino
Training system: spurred cordon.
Harvest: it is done manually between end of August and beginning of September, with a careful selection.
Vinification: after a first very light press, the must is fermented for about two weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: after three months in steel vats, the wine rests three more months in the bottle.
Characteristics: it has an intense straw yellow color, with gold reflections, it presents complex and floral (lily and acacia) scents, accompanied with hints of fruit (apricot and pineapple), honey and wild herbs. The taste is full and harmonious, it unites freshness and flavor in a persistent combination.
Food pairings: fish dishes served with sauces, white meat.
Service temperature: 10 - 12° C.
Ageing potential: 3 – 5 years.
Alcohol by Volume: 12.5%.
